Trilinear coordinates measuring instrument
Three coordinate measuring instrument is an instrument that can show the measurement ability of geometry, length and circumferential division in the spatial range of a hexahedron. CMM can also be defined as "an instrument with a detector that can move in three directions and can move on three mutually perpendicular guide rails. This detector transmits signals in contact or non-contact. The displacement measurement system of three axes (such as grating ruler) calculates the points (x, y, z) and functions of the workpiece through data processor or computer". The measuring function of CMM shall include dimensional accuracy, positioning accuracy, geometric accuracy and contour accuracy
3D scanner
3D scanner is a portable and most advanced scanning system, which is used to capture and calculate 3D data quickly and accurately. With easy-to-use software, interchangeable lenses and sensors, it can scan up to 5 million data points on components of almost any size in its wide focal length range. It is ideal for checking part compliance, identifying manufacturing errors and reverse engineering. By comparing the scanned data with 3D data, we can find the differences.
Spectrometer

The secondary element measuring instrument
The secondary element measuring instrument is used to measure the dimensions of products and molds, or to measure the geometric tolerance of the measured elements, such as position, concentricity, straightness, contour, roundness and dimensions related to the benchmark. The secondary element is mainly used for the two-dimensional plane detection of thinner products (such as shrapnel) and smaller products or the two dimensional projection detection of other workpieces.
Dial indicator
Dial indicator is a length measuring instrument that converts the general linear displacement (linear motion) into the rotating motion of the pointer through gear or lever, and then reads on the dial. Dial indicator is an indicating measuring tool widely used in precision measurement. It is mainly used to check the shape and position error of the workpiece. (such as roundness, flatness, perpendicularity, circular runout, etc.) are also commonly used in the precise alignment of workpieces.
Gauge
It is used to check the position, measure the size of the hole and check the distance between the two holes. It can also be used as a go no go gauge and measure the depth of the hole. It is a necessary inspection tool for the standardized inspection of the hole. The workpiece is tested with the international advanced laser detector. It is widely used in various high-precision and cutting-edge technology fields such as mold and precision machinery manufacturing.
