The workpiece removed from the machine cannot be used directly and needs to be modified by finishing services. We have some skilled experts who will use various treatment methods to improve their appearance, performance and durability, so as to make them better. Whether in metal or plastic, from one-time prototype to full-scale mass production, we provide you with everything you need to push the project to the final step of perfection.
◎ Sanding smooth

Sanding smooth is one of the most common finish for prototyping to remove cutting marks for smooth surface. If part do not request painting after,we could make effect like below.Eg: black ABS with sanding smooth finish
Blasting means to spray some type of abrasive media onto the workpiece to clean and de-burr parts. Blasting also imparts unique textures, frosting, pebbling, etc. Eg: PC with sandblasting
Vapor polishing usually use to create optically-clear polycarbonate (PC) plastic. It can also be used to repair minor surface defects, and is ideal to clear surface that can’t be reached by hand.
Polishing is a processing method that uses polishing tools, abrasive particles or other polishing media to modify the workpiece surface, so as to reduce the workpiece surface roughness and obtain a bright and flat surface.
Painting include glossy paint ,matte paint , satin paint, rubber painting, UV painting. Painting is a very flexible way to create a different surface appearance.
Pad printing is used to imprint simple words and figures on a flat or slightly curved surface. Pad printing is limited to one color at a time. Silk screen printing can be used for more complex images or multiple colors, and multiple different screens and templates can be used in series.
Laser engraving is to use laser technology to engrave characters on objects. The characters engraved by this technology are not scored, and the object surface is still smooth, and the handwriting will not be worn.
Anodizing helps to resist corrosion, increase surface hardness, improve resistance to wear and dissipate heat.
Electroplating is a process that uses electrolysis to attach a layer of metal film to the surface of metal or other material parts, so as to prevent metal oxidation (such as rust), improve wear resistance, conductivity, reflectance, corrosion resistance (copper sulfate, etc.) and enhance beauty.
Tinted is another color option for plastic prototypes, which can adjust different transparency.
Powder Coat is uses corona discharge phenomenon to make powder coating adsorb on part.
Heat treatment refers to a metal hot working process in which materials are heated, insulated and cooled in solid state to obtain the expected structure and properties.
