Sanding smooth
Sanding smooth is one of the most common finish for prototyping to remove cutting marks for smooth surface. If part do not request painting after,we could make effect like below.Eg: black ABS with sanding smooth finish
Sandblasting
Blasting means to spray some type of abrasive media onto the workpiece to clean and de-burr parts. Blasting also imparts unique textures, frosting, pebbling, etc. Eg: PC with sandblasting
Vapor Polishing
Vapor polishing usually use to create optically-clear polycarbonate (PC) plastic. It can also be used to repair minor surface defects, and is ideal to clear surface that can’t be reached by hand.
Polish
Polishing is a processing method that uses polishing tools, abrasive particles or other polishing media to modify the workpiece surface, so as to reduce the workpiece surface roughness and obtain a bright and flat surface.
Painting
Painting include glossy paint ,matte paint , satin paint, rubber painting, UV painting. Painting is a very flexible way to create a different surface appearance.
Silk Screen and pad printing
Pad printing is used to imprint simple words and figures on a flat or slightly curved surface. Pad printing is limited to one color at a time. Silk screen printing can be used for more complex images or multiple colors, and multiple different screens and templates can be used in series.
Laser Engraving
Laser engraving is to use laser technology to engrave characters on objects. The characters engraved by this technology are not scored, and the object surface is still smooth, and the handwriting will not be worn.
Anodizing
Anodizing helps to resist corrosion, increase surface hardness, improve resistance to wear and dissipate heat.
Electroplating/ plating
