◎ Can TIPTOP make design drawings for me?
Generally, we do not provide design services. You need to draw 3D drawings by yourself. If necessary, add 2D. Only when you can't find a solution when you encounter a bottleneck in your design ,we will provide proposal. If necessary, we will try to help you amend the drawing. Our engineers have more than 20 years of product design experience.
◎ Which type of design files should I send ?
3D (STEP ,X-T, IGES or STL).
◎ How long does a quotation take?
Usually, the processing is completed on the same day. Due to the time difference, some will be made the next day, usually no more than 24 hours.
◎ How do I know my design will be kept confidential?
We of course will sign and adhere to any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement. Even if there is no confidentiality agreement, we will abide by the most basic professional ethics. We also have a strict policy within our factory that no photographs are ever allowed of a customer’s product without express permission.
◎ How does TIPTOP ensure the quality of my parts?
During quote,we will point out any issues that our engineers feel may affect the quality of your parts. All incoming materials are inspected and verified with a suite of testing equipment. There are self inspection and re inspection in the production process, and final inspection before shipment.
